VLADIMIR JOVANOVIĆPHYSICIST
Vladimir Jovanović graduated in 2003 from Faculty of Physics, University of Belgrade, where he also obtained a PhD in physics of high-temperature superconductors in 2010. In addition to superconductivity, his research interests are morphological and optical properties of nano-phase materials, especially thin films of organic small-molecules. Vladimir works at the Institute for Multidisciplinary Research in Belgrade.
Vladimir Jovanović was a Marie Curie fellow, working in Laboratoire de Physique des Solides, Universite Paris-Sud XI, Orsay, France, from 2006 to 2009 on the subject of high-temperature superconductors. He was an associate of the Young Physicist (Mladi fizičar) journal (2004-2006) and participated at the 4th and 5th Science Festival in Belgrade. Vladimir Jovanoić is one of the bright stars of 'BRILLIANT SERBIAN SCENE' on COMPLEMENTARY CONTRAST Symposium 8/10/2016 at 3:00 pm.
Lecture title: QUANTUM DOTS LUMINESCENCE Vladimir's presentation will explain how certain materials, depending on their size, fluoresce with a different color. |
