Lighting Guerilla
Lighting Guerilla
Under the mentorship of renowned Spanish lighting designer Ignacio Valero, the Lighting Guerrilla workshop assembled so far the highest number of students from three Belgrade University faculties – Architecture, Forestry and Electrical Engineering. The workshop was organized by Belgrade Lighting Detectives in collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture, Belgrade and the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Today, the lighting is no longer merely a question of pure functional demand and prescribed lux. It is about a delicate yet a strongly powerful tool for shaping spaces, volumes and environments. The methodology applied during the three-day Lighting Guerrilla workshop ranged from lighting up human faces to lighting up architecture and included 84 amazing students and 84 mobile phones as sources of light.
